Ask your system administrator and see if removing Dell OpenManage Client Instrumentation is an option. That software triggers the message, but many system administrators use it for various reasons.

I've looked and do not see Dell Open Manage installed on the client machines.

I haven't figured out what it is, but it looks like it may be the Intel storage manager. I've run msconfig and have turned this service off and not getting the messages any more.  I don't see any type of configuration settings for the intel storage manager tho.

I am getting the same error message on my new 380 right out of the box. Any help coming from Dell on this?

Go to Add/Remove programs > Remove OMCI

and/or

Add/Remove Windows Components > Management and Montoring Tools > uncheck WMI SNMP Provider

If problem persists, it is likely a virus.

Hope this helps!  : )
