"We couldn't update the system reserved partition"

I have a new Dell Inspiron 3847 running Win 8.1 64 Bit. My upgrade to windows 10 was reserved an I receive the notification to install, but when I tried I receive this message "We couldn't update the system reserved partition"
I'm running Win 8.1 in a new Dell computer; How can I upgrade?.... I burn already an ISO file of the OS but I'm affraid that after a clean install will not find licence for the free upgrade.

I don't have a sys Reserved Partition in my DM what I have is  this sequence;

500mb EFI Sys Partition

40mb OEM Partition

750mb Recovery Partition

OS (C) 919.61GB NTFS (Boot, Page file, etc)

10.52 GB Recovery Partition  

How to use MIni Tool to do these,
