Was probably left behind by a windows service pack install or update, delete it (send to recycle bin) and see if any problems arise in the nest coulple weeks (doubt it), you can always restore it from the recycle bin.

Yeah, a person in another forum said it is probably a Windows Update temp folder and can be deleted.  Thanks for the response.
