What is launch modem

    

 

Hi, can someone plz.. help me. i am using IE and Firefox as Internet browser (windows XP)however everytime i open webpage it redirected to launch modem.com but page cannot be displayed even in safe mode w/networking it did the same thing. i already call my ISP and they said that everything is good at their end. im experiencing this for about a week.

 

                         any help will be very much appreciated.
