What is Printme Internet Printing?

What is Printme Internet Printing that is in the Start Menu? It isn't listed in add/remove programs. I guess it is for Adobe Acrobat Reader, do I need this to print PDF documents, or ca it be deleted? If it can be deleted, how would I do this? Thanks! ;)

http://www.efi.com/products/corporate/efi-printme/ The Start Menu contains shortcuts to your programs. If you want to uninstall anything, use Control Panel, Add/remove Programs. A shortcut on your start menu is not hurting anything and won't save any significant space.
