Just as an aside I am wondering if this file may have been created when I tried to use Dell's CREATE AN OS RECOVERY DISK" from the Dell Accesories Folder. When I clicked on that option nothing visible happened. I posted this problem on the forum at an earlier time but I never got any responses. It is supposed to prompt you for a CD-R and then burn something for later use.

It is a step to make a copy of the Dell Software Installation software on your system. It's in a partitition. There is an Article on the FAQ on how to create this CD. If you reformat the drive and change the partititions you will erase it.
