What PDA's compatible with Win XP Media

Earlier post described problems with use of Palm desktop w new Dell laptop OS. If I were to consider buying a new PDA, which ones should I consider? I would like something simple, using SD memory cards, which I already have. I don't need a phone or other fancy stuff...as I mostly use it for an organizer. Any links to reviews?
