when closing IE 6, i get a error

i open IE and it works fine. then when i close it, this error pops up:

internet explorer has encountered a a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

if you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

please help. this happens every time i close it. i currently use mozilla firefox, but i use IE occasionally so please help.

See where it says "For more information about this error, click here"?  Click on the click here and read the information and report here which AppName and ModName is involved in the error.

Since the ModName is unknown, it is, unfortunately, not a very useful error report.  Because so many of the errors being reported these days is due to spyware and malware, it might be a good idea to start by removing any of this garbage that may have accumulated on your computer.  Download, install, update, and run the free versions of Ad-Aware and Spybot and let these programs remove all of the garbage that they find.

If these programs don't solve the problem, go Here and follow the directions to download and run the analysis tool called HijackThis. Generate a log file, then open it and copy and paste the text of the log file in a message in the Virus/Spyware Information and removal fourm where a HijackThis expert can offer advice on how to fix the problem:
