When did the Dell express upgrade program website begin?

I thought it was Nov.28 when the website opened. Some people said they registered on Nov 3. I registrered on Nov 28 and I hope mine will ships very soon.

I seem to remember it was earlier in November when I registered. Doesn't matter; I STILL haven't heard anything.

My system shipped on November 6th - I don't remember the exact date it arrived but it would most likely have been 2 days later.  I remember one of the first things I did when I recieved the system was to go to the Vista upgrade site where I found a message that it wasn't open for business for a few weeks.  I don't know exactly when they started taking orders, but my auto-confirm for my Vista order is dated November 29th - since I was interested in getting Vista as soon as possible I would guess I only missed the "opening date" by a day at the most.

I wonder if the program opened earlier for XPS? I have an Inspiron 1505.

Still pending, no email, no charge on my credit card, and Dell hasn't updated the updates.

The site was available for some US residents prior to the worldwide launch. The rest of us had to suffer with the worst of the errors and downtime and delays once they put up the registration for International customers.
