When I start up my Dell dimension

Every time I start the computer I have to close this Dell folder, I looked in the start up file and ther is nothing in it. It didn't do this when I it was new, I can close it every time. How can I fix this?

Select start>run and type in msconfig and hit enter. Look under startup and services and uncheck the box running this. Apply and save and reboot. When the window displays a message that you have selected a custom startup check the box to not show this message again.
