Request you to let me know if you are trying to run the diagnostics within operating system (PC diagnostics) or outside operating system (FN+Power) .The hardware diagnostics are the same for most Dell computers. You may refer the below link to check more information about the hardware diagnostics, then you may click on the Interactive support agent and input the error code to find the failed part:
Also let me know the reason you are trying to do this. To find the logs again you may click on start, type event viewer and click on it. Then you may find all the previous windows error logs.
