Where is dellmail.com

Question

Help--for 3-4 days I cannot get to dellmail.com.  Get the message page unavailable.  I have tried on three different computers, tow or three different ISPs, even the library computer, all with the same result.  Googled and came up with the link but that won't connect either.  Most dissapointingly, no one at Dell.com seems to know anything and no one has been helpful except to refer me to the forum section.   Is it possible it is somehow being blocked at the local level,  I am in Kerrville, Texas, less than 150 from Austin, Dell's home city.   Thanks
