If your new computer came with Windows XP service Pack installed or if you have installed this upgrade yourself, see the following:

WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!

I UNINSTALLED THE DELL SOLUTION CENTER AS DIRECTED IN THE REFERENCE.  MY COMPUTER WOULD NOT RESTART.  I SPENT 2 HOURS WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SO FAR NO LUCK RESTARTING.  WILL PROBABLY NEED TO REFORMAT AND REINSTALL XP.

WILL HOPEFULLY BE ABLE TO GET DATA BACKED UP.

Hi Rich,

I did uninstall it too, without any problems.

I delete all what was found in the registry also with RegSeeker.

I am using now Help&Support, you can find nearly the same information about your Pc.

Maybe its something else that went wrong ?
