Where is the "Open With" Folder in XP?

When right-clicking a folder in Explorer (XP), where is the "Open With" folder in order to change options?

Folders never did have that option, just files.  Right click the file and you can see the "Open With" command.

You're right, I meant to say when clicking on a file.  My question is still the same: Where is the folder that contains the "Open With" options?

If you right click the file, the "Open With" command is there along with the preferred options as well as one to over-ride the default choices.

Please don't call it a folder... it is an expandable context menu. "Open With" is one particular item on the context menu for all files.

I had a conflict with this before, but it was caused by FreshUI from http://www.freshdevices.com. I changed a simple setting in it and this is what happened. Instead of my context menu showing the "Open With" expandable item, it just showed an "Open With" item without the list of programs frequently used to open it. I simply changed the setting back and volia! My expandable menu item was back!

If you wish to change it, FreshUI will edit the registry for it. The program doesn't tell you which key it is, unfortunately, but if you download it, it will be able to detect the current setting and then you can change it.
When the program is loaded, go to Explorer > File Settings > Any Files Context Menu. Ensure that Show "Open With..." Context Menu is set to No. The setting might be Yes, but it shouldn't be, for it wasn't on my system.

But if you don't want to download that, you can try doing a search for a registry edit.

FreshUI is freeware. It only requires a valid email that you can receive a serial number from to activate the program. After that, it's open source all the way.
