Where is the "User's Guide Viewer"?
I have downloaded the user's guide for a particular workstation, but since I am still using Win2000, it says that I need to download the "User's Guide Viewer". It even gives the directions to find it -

support.dell.com. If this is your first time to use the website, complete the one-time registration form.
Click Downloads and complete the information requested. For the download category, click System and Configuration Utilities.

but it is not there? Does anyone know where to find it - or can give me a quick link to it?
