Hello, I'm facing the same problem can you solve for me?

Firstly you have to ensure where this issue actually from either from your pc/ laptop or WiFi router, You can try several things, Run Network Command, Forget WiFi on the system, uninstalling wifi drivers, and reinstalling, network reset hope probably these could solve your issue.

i will assume u are using windows. can you see if the wireless card detects available connections?

if yes, uninstall the driver, re-scan for hardware (or re-start), windows will re-install the driver, try again or do a diagnostics first.

if not, run anti-virus software and also try wire (as already suggested by a previous answer) to see if you can get an ip to connect to the internet.

P.S It would be good to know the OS so when i answer i can give you more tips. e.g like run msconfig and disable all entries except microsoft.

Also start in safe mode with networking.

if you have windows 10 (i can give you the instructions to get in safe mode but i don't want to confuse u) so you can google for this so while at ur pc you can follow the instructions.

Am also facing the same issue while downloading.
