window Me errors

i have a few errors coming up when i start windows
 
error loading powrprof.dll
 
then i get
 
a required .DLL file WINSPOOL.DRV was not found
 
and then
 
can't load ProcNICs9x.dll
 
things go extremely slow , some things can't load such as internet
some things i try to do result in "not responding"
 
any ideas out there what i can do to get WMe going the way it is supposed to?
