Windows 10 Automatic Repair Loop then Black Screen

Hello - I have been dealing on the issue of my computer. It has been running Win10 for 4months now yet just few days back my PC just won't boot and I have received the error: Preparing Automatic Repair (In a loop) then goes black screen after. I have tried to do a clean installation yet the PC can't read or boot on the ISO on neither USB or DVD. Needing your help.

I am also getting the same error , Any resolutions

I am getting error code as:

error code 2000-0142 validation 101218

Tried restore ,repair & uninstall drivers option but nothing worked.Any help is appreciated.
