Windows 10 keeps showing this error?!

Dear forum,

As the title states I keep getting this error from my windows 10 as I open Cortana?
Have any of you experienced this? If so - how did you manage to get rid of it?

I posted this topic on microsoft's own site as well - will remove it as I get an answer either here or there, unless others would benefit from your answers as well :)
