I have searched the web for possible driver for this card and cannot locate one. Nvidia may be making one for Windows 10 later this year but, it is not confirmed.
Do not upgrade to windows 10! Windows 7 will be supported until 2020 and by that time your beloved computer will be replaced. Your laptop doesn't meet the requirements for windows 10 and you will be fine staying with 7.
