Windows 7 Firewall fail to load
Hi all,
i m using windows 7 ent version whenever i try to open windows firewall with advanced settings it gives me error

The windows firewall with advanced security snap-in failed to load. Restart the windows firewal service on the computer that your are managing . Error code:0x6D9
I have scanned system via symantec latest version and disabled the symantec services to check if it;s blocking something but no resutls
when i try to start the windows firewall services it says windows could not start the windows firewall contact the service vendor even though i have disabled my symantec services.

It sounds like Norton is still blocking the Windows Firewall. Norton usually includes a Firewall and disables the Windows firewall. You do not want two firewalls working as they can conflict and probably the reason Norton has it disabled.
