Windows 7 initial setup glitch (non-critical)

This small glitch happened to me several months ago, but I didn't bother posting it then because it didn't actually pose a problem to me, and besides, I was too lazy. But, I've got some time to kill, and I suspect the Windows 7 guys might like some feedback, and the community in general may appreciate this for the LOLs. So, here's my itsy-bitsy unimportant error report, complete with pictures!   :-)

When I turned on my laptop (a Dell Inspiron N5110, bought through a Costco retailer) for the very first time, after booting up completely and getting to the initial setup page, this is the screen I was confronted with (zoomed in the point where the text can actually be read):

Now, I'm no expert, but I thought that "English (United States)" wasn't a time OR a currency! It seems to me like the Windows 7 product testers must have breezed past the inital setup screen without actually reading the page, because this second box was probably meant to be where you choose your "Language", but it somehow got mislabeled. Aaaaaand, that's my bug report!   :-)

P.S.: Because I'm not even asking a question, nor do I need help fixing something, I'm not going to check for or read any replies to this post (but feel free to write a reply if you really feel the urge). So, don't expect a response from me or anything!

P.P.S.: If you looked at this topic a few minutes ago and it was just blank, yes, I know something weird happened... I wrote up this whole post with Internet Explorer (version 8? is that the newest one?), hit post, and my everything got wiped out and replaced with blank lines, even the picture. Then when I tried to redo it, again with IE8, the picture was getting all jumbled up when I tried to upload it! I got fed up, tried using Firefox, and the question got posted successfully on the first try. Then I wrote this blurb, then you read it, and now you're all up to speed once again.   ;-)
