The error is very clear. The program you are running isn't fully compatible with Windows 7.

See if installing VC++ 2010 runtime library helps.   http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5555

I would also do exactly what it advised you to do ... "contact the program or device manufacturer for more information".  They will often have a fix or a newer version that will work.  What software/hardware are you using that causes it?

I am not sure, this is a brand new laptop with W7. I have installed 3 softwares:

1- A new wireless HP printer which is compatible with W7.

2- A Dell printer 924 (connected to other computer) wich drives XP are not compatible with W&, but I downloaded the ones for Vista (64bit) to make them compatible.

3- An icon of Netflix in the desktop (www.iconomize.com, icon installer).
