WINDOWS 8 UPGRADE PROBLEM

HELLO..,

 i had ordered my laptop from a dell exclusive store on 25th september , and got it delivered by 11th october. 

as i have purchased it after 2nd june , am applicable for the windows 8 upgrade offer. 

when i entered my details and product key on the microsoft's site , it says i am not eligible for the offer..

i took care that i entered my details correctly as well as the product key,,but still with the same results. 

pls help me abt dis as the offer time wil soon be over..

It looks like you have purchased the computer within the Windows 8 upgrade offer. I would suggest you to contact Microsoft as this issue usually don’t happen and they can check and help you. Below are the contact details for Microsoft:

support.microsoft.com

If you are not from US, please change the country to where you reside.

Note: Windows 7 Starter is not eligible for the upgrade offer.

Also-- this page might help: windowsupgradeoffer.com/.../Faq   Check the 140 countries listed and make sure yours is on the list.

You should have filled out the form in October as soon as you received the computer since this offer expires tomorrow.
