Windows 98 - System Restore
Does Windows 98 have a system restore feature similar to Windows XP? If yes, how do I access it?

No. The closest equivalent would be to restore a previous copy of the System Registry. To do so:
1.Restart the computer.
2.Hold down the Ctrl key until the Startup menu appears (or, tap F8 key at POST beep)
3.Choose "Command Prompt Only"
4.Type SCANREG /RESTORE and hit ENTER (You'll be given a list of backups to choose from)
5.Restart the computer.
Note that this will only restore the registry...it will have no effect on other system and program files.

Will restoring the registry restore the fonts used thruout Windows 98??
I'll post separately so as to not completely hijack this post.
