Thanks.. i figured as much. Any ideas on how to get a poorly running 8250 back up to speed? Should i system restore and re-load the software i do have?
You can try calling Dell to see if they will furnish a replacement. It is not likely, but sometimes exceptions are made. If they won't you'll need to purchase a new copy.
