Windows Boot Manager Error

Hello

Anyone know of a way to fix this issue... At first everytime I started my laptop it would automatically have to keep repairing itself... Finally that stopped working and I decided to go through a restore to factory... After doing this when it loads it stops at this screen:

Windows Boot Manager

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1) Insert Windows Install Disk and restart

2) Choose Language settings

3) Click Repair

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

I have done this and still come back to this screen. Can anyone help? Is my hard drive fried?

Thanks!

rebooted and it went to install a driver automatically..

Turns out now that under other devices the Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N + WiMAX 6250 has yellow exclamation... Under Network adapters everything is fine

Also when I start the computer before windows loads I have to choose between two Windows 7 installs..
