windows can not open because of corrupt file!!!

Question

I have tried to reinstall windows after it tells me it has a corrupt file and cant open. But i have no idea what to do because i dont speak computer. Can someone please help me.

that is something i get also, but my some reason i can't get my file on my reinstallation cd to work I get this message thats I'm missing its Ntfs File in the System 32 I have no idea why that happens

The exact message i get is... Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \windows\system32\config\system
