Just to be clear: You have XP without IE 6 ?

Did you upgrade your XP system from 98/Millenium and then copy it to your new system ?

My XP (c/w SP2) Home has no dll version of regsvr; I only have regsvr32.exe.

Please clarify your current configuration.
