Windows does not start up
Hi,
I have problem in starting my my Windows XP Media Center. After the Dell and Windows XP flash screens, I get a blue screen and the systems turns off. I tried the following options to trouble shoot.
Option 1:
Pressed F8 during startup time and tried to login in Safe mode. No luck
Option 2:
Pressed F8 during startup time and tried to login in Safe mode with command prompt.
This time I got the following error message in a blue screen
Stop c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000189
Option 3: Used Dell restore option by pressing F11 to reinstall to restore the system.
With this option, system restore went fine. But as part of the restore process when the system tried to reboot, I end up with the same problem (i.e., after the splsh screens, I get the blue screen and system shuts down)
Question: How do I overcome this problem? Whast are the options I have?
I ran diagonstics and got the following errors
Error Code 4600:021E
Msg: Process CPU Internal Temperature - Critical
Error Code 3900:0626
Msg: Temperature sendor out of range, temp=255C, min=10C, max=100C
Error Code 3700:011B
Msg: Expected Processor Fan on low RPM of 2500. Detected fan RPM = 5070
