Windows Error

Question

Hi, I use Dell Dimension DIM2400. I keep getting an error that goes something like this: 'Physical Dump Completed'. And it tells me to restart. I've been getting this message very often and I have no idea what is wrong with my machine. Please help, thanks.   -Whilted

Is it a bluescreen error? if so write down the complete error message and post back.
