Windows explorer issues

Im having issues with multiple programs on my XPS1530.  Everytime my windows explorer tries to load it gives says that there is an error and must shut down. Looked at the dropbox and it gave two process as the issues.

 C:\Users\Joey\AppData\Local\Temp\WERCA6F.tmp.version.txt
  C:\Users\Joey\AppData\Local\Temp\WERD901.tmp.mdmp

I also cannot run itunes and a couple other programs because it gives error messages. Tried to system restore to a previous date, but the issue still exists. Any suggestions or solutions? Thanks in advance.
