Windows Help Pop Up Window

Hi. I'm running on Vista Business and installed my Corel Draw 7. It runs fine but I get the 'Windows Help' window pop up when I open Corel Draw. I close the window but every time I click anything at all in Corel draw, the Help Window pops up making the programme virtually impossible to use!
any info appreciated on how to disable this help window, or ways round it . . . .

And what does the message say? Corel Draw 7 is too old to run on Vista. You  need to upgrade to Graphics Suite X3--which is version 13!

High Mary!
Thanks for the reply.
The programme runs fine as I said. The pop up help window just announces that there is no help for this programme! can you believe that? It's automatic. Not as if I am asking for Windows help.
I can close the pop up help window but as soon as I use the pointer to do something in Corel Draw, the pop up help re-appears. While the window is there, my pointer is ineffective unless I close the pop up, so I cannot use Corel. It's a 'cache 22' situation. The window must be closed to use Corel but as soon as I click something in Corel, up pops the window! Round and round I go!

There is no question this is a Windows Vista software design fault. the best way I can see is to completely eliminate Windows help from the laptop. Like all Windows help programmes they force you down a 'narrow' path of help only to make you lose focus of the problem anyway,  so I will never miss it if removed from my computer, but how do you remove it?
Regards,
Chris

No, it's NOT a Vista design flaw. Have a look at this article. Download and install the file and you should be fine.

Hi! Thanks for getting on to this for me!
Yes I now understand that I must choose to have the help file 'put in' on Vista in order that it won't bother me again. But according to Microsoft the reason for leaving it out is one of security.
So, put it in and have less security or leave it out, have the best security but be unable to use Corel Draw!
Yes, that is a design fault my friend. In this age of sophisticated tech, this is an incredibly unclever and archaic action to just cut something out which has a knock on effect to other programmes. As a veteran user, I think big M are trying to narrow still further the choice of programmes outside their own empire! Hmm!
Thanks once again for your help.
Chris
