windows installer/trayapp message

Ok.....Everytime I start my computer the windows installer box comes up and says installing, if I let it run it's course it comes up with a box labeled 'trayapp' and tells me to insert the trayapp disc....at first I tryed to put in the dell software disc, then as I got to reading around in here I found out there is no trayapp disc......so I then tryed the ctl/alt/del to get rid of it and it works but when I tryed to uninstall my HP program for my printer I havn't used it came back.....then I tryed the  start   run  unregister and regserver prompts I found in another thread, and it worked.....untill I tryed to uninstall HP again....soooooo.....THEN.....I went and downloaded a seperate uninstaller to get rid of the program figuring that it was the one giving me trouble.....everytime I tryed to uninstall it with windows after that  start  run prompts it would just flash and do nothing...so I used the revo uninstaller and got rid of ALL of the HP programs I had, but when I restarted my computer the icon's were still in my system tray.....I deleted everything I could find to do with HP and then ran Adaware SE that I have TWICE and deleted everything that it found, and I STILL get the installer and trayapp thing when I start.....it's really a pain in the "rear"....please help!! But as far as I know all of the HP stuff is gone.!!!

ok, thanks for your help...I downloaded that program but all of the HP program things are gone as far as I can see, so I don't know what to select to get rid ofit....I do see trayapp but don't I technically need that for my system tray? I don't want to mess anything up and since I don't see any of the programs I previously removed I don't know which one the is giving me the trouble now! :( but I will keep that handy.....I m going to restart and see if it still does it and I will repost exactly what it says if it does....thanks a bunch....
