Windows Live Messenger errors

Hi,

Nearly everytime my user tries to open Windows Live Messenger, an error report comes up. This happens when the main contact list has loaded, and then the Send Error Report dialog is shown, of which I do send, and wait for a long time for it to finish!

However, I checked in the Event Viewer and here's what I found several times:

I think there are some instructions in that but I don't know what they mean.
Should I try contacting Microsoft about this error?

I get a similar error to this as well:

That's why it's called Beta. Contact MS, or check their Beta Blog.

I have managed to contact Microsoft on http://support.live.com

I'm waiting for a reply now...

I think the error could be something to do with Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2, because of the file C:/WINDOWS/system32/ieframe.dll, which is about 5MB. This file is used for the Internet Explorer default pages, like 'Page cannot be displayed' and 'Introduction to using tabs'.

So if I have 2 Beta products running then it might double the problem? Thought so.

In the meanwhile I while check out their blog... thanks for the info.
