Windows Media Player 10 Mini Mode Problem

Question

I right click on my taskbar and go to toolbars and click on Windows Media Player and WMP enters into mini mode, but the problem is I can't play, pause, skip to next song for some reason. The play, stop, previous, forward buttons are greyed out like they are inactive and I click on show the visualizations button, but no visuals pop up when in mini mode either. But the visuals show when in normal mode. So whats the problem could I be missing a plugin?

The solution is posted here -> http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/faq/installation.mspx It should be under the question labelled ' Why doesn't the mini Player work after I install Windows Media Player 10?'   Seems like a quick fix.
