I see you have other problems by your post in the audio section.
With the problems you are having there and this problem it may be time for a clean install (reformat and reinstall everything). I know this is a hassle, but since you can't get the other OS/software problem resolved and with this problem, it may be time for the reinstall.
This is a recovery reboot i am just trying to get all my stuff back to the way it was
my computer did not come with wmp 10 and I downloaded it before and just trying to get it back. I have everything else repaired this is the last thing I need to repair.
