Question

Hello, I need someone can help me about my XPS M1210 since a computer technician reformatt my laptop. I have encounter error if i accidentally hit 'MEDIA DIRECT BUTTOM' This error says>>>Windows could not start because the following file is missing or curropt system32\hall.dll. Please reinstall a copy of the file above..Then i can't open anymore.. I reformat by myself because i can't afford to go back in computer technician.. Then still same problem if i click MEDIA DIRECT BUTTOM.. Sometimes come up >>>NTLDR is missing Press any key to re-start... when i click any key The NTLDR is missing scrool down... then if i click OFF/ON buttom then my computer shut down..Please anyone can help me Thanks for advance and i appreciate it.. I don't want to reformatt again if i accidentally hit the MEDIA DIRECT BUTTOM..and i don't want to remove all my files..
