There are programs that will help you retrieve your windows password for sale on the internet. If you do not choose to purchase one of these programs you will need to reinstall Windows. Dell does not have a generic windows password that will get you back into WIndows. If it were a bios password Dell could help you get that reset, but not a windowd password.
