Windows Refresh overridden by Dell Backup and Restore

Running Dell 8700, with 8.1,

Have created a custom refresh image using the "recimg -Createimage" command.

Now, when I try to do a standard Windows Refresh, it gets started, does a restart, gives me the Dell logo, then kicks me back to the Dell Backup and Restore screen.  Dell Backup and Restore is not able to find the custom refresh image that I just created, and the Refresh fails.

(BTW, my system is fine - I'm just trying to get familiar with Refresh, as it seems like a dandy way to handle some of my regular backup duties.)

Is there a way to get Dell Backup and Restore out of the way, so Refresh can continue on its way and finish the actual refreshing of the system from my custom refresh image?

thanks

Guess I give up on getting any ideas/help from Dell Support Forums.
