I tried that and still it won't work.  Now it's gone from bad to worse.  When I try to install windows it says reinstalling then goes to a black screen and nothing happens.

Hi, try removing all non-essential hardware then try again.

are you reinstalling using a CD?

I'm using the operating system reinstallation cd disk

I took mine to a local computer shop they done it for £30 first class job

no problems for me
