Windows Service Pack Setup Error Message

Hello!

 

I am a new user to this board.  I am looking for some help on a error message that I have been getting.  If anybody can give me any clue I would appreciate it.   The error pops up after I log into my system.

 

The error shows up like follows:

Error Signature

Reporting Details

Error report includes information regarding the condition of Window Service Pack Setup when the problem occurred, the operating system version and computer hardware in use & the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer.
