windows services in task manager

Question

Can anyone identify all or some of these services and which are bad for my pc and can be deleted?   or... which are unecessary and can be deleted perhaps?   What are these services? :   alg.exe   carpserv.exe   CCAPP.exe CCEVTMGR.exe CCSETMGR.exe   Csrss.exe   DapApp.exe Dadtray.exe   Isass.exe   Msmsgs.exe   navapsvc.exe   NPFMntor.exe   Nvsvc32.exe   smss.exe   SNDSrvc.exe   SPBBCSvc.exe   spoolsv.exe   svchost.exe      I have six of these running, what are they?  Should I delete them, all of them?   symlsvc.exe   synTPEnk.exe synTPLpr.exe   tcpsvcs.exe   UAService7.exe   wdfmgr.exe

Some of these look weird to me.

It is normal to have many instances of svchost.exe running. But it can also be a nasty.
Have a look in msconfig, and if svchost.exe is running there, it is a nasty.
It should NOT appear in Msconfig
