I have 7 running on my 720 and have since the betas were released. when you open device manager what driver is the one you are having a problem with.

right click on it and select properties. post the long alpha numeric info that comes up..

It's under other devices and it says PCI Device, according to the description its my Phys X Ageia card which I have downloaded the drivers for and installed but still nothing.

Ok right clicked clicked on properties and all it says

All it says is PCI Device, what would u like selected from the drop down menu?

select the hardward ids. is should give a listing that looks like this... PCI/VEN_1002&DEV_XXXXXXXXXXxxxxxxxxxxXXx  This is only an example.

On a side note. Unless you are running 7xxx series of Nvidia cards the PhysX board is not really any help at all. Nvidia bought Ageia and incorporated their tech into the new drivers. Pretty much rendering the cards useless..

I'm running the 8800 gtx and the ageia card was thrown in from dell so meh...its there the driver worked and your now my hero
