windows update was stuck! HELP!

I just purchased a Inspiron 700m and started downloading all the new windows update.

After one restart, it kept downloading another new update, I think.

However, it is now stuck and one yellow icon on the system tray showing "97%".

 

I've tried to update from the website, but it still didn't work.

The system stopped when it started downloading so I had to cancel it every time.

That is security upate KB885836.

 

anybody had this problem before??
