Windows Vista Installation disk missing.
I recently ordered a new desktop with Windows Vista Business edition and it appears that the Operating system disk is missing. I was sent a vista upgrade disk which I believe was sent by mistake. If I follow Dells instructions on installing a clean install of Vista if the Image doesn't work. It referes to inserting the vista installation disk which I don't have. I tried to resolve this issue on line last night and I thought it was resolved until I logged into my account. It appears that I'm being sent a set of disks which duplicate what I did receive with my system. Which consist of Drivers and Other software that came with my system. How do I resolve this issue?
