windows xp backup disk

Question

I'd like to create a backup disk of windows xp and clean the remaining files from my hard drive. Is there a simple, or not so simple, way of creating this disk? And once created, are there things I need to know to make the operating system function correctly? Thank You RWL47

You cannot create an operating system disk yourself anymore. You must already have ir or request the XP reinstallation cd from Dell. See 'Where can I get the Windows CD...' above.
