Windows XP Explorer Has Started Opening Maximized

Question

For some reason this has started happening and I can't fix it. I am running Windows Explorer with the /e suffix to get it to open in C:\. If I remove the /e it works as expected. The Properties option Run Is set to Normal Window Tried running the 'Diagnose and repair windows file and folder problems Fixit' but that does nothing. In Tools\folder options\view,  remember folder settings is checked. I have tried 'apply to all folders' and 'reset all folders' but that did not work. Any Suggestions? Thanks, Chucvk

Change properties to Maximixed and sanve it. Then change it to normal Window and size the window the way you want it to open. You may have to do this 2 times, since you mentioned this is and XP system
