Part of this is a known problem. Dell had a whole batch of XP Home CD which were incorrectly labeled as XP Professional. Contact Customer Support and report your problems and they will provide you with the proper replacement CDs.

The fact that all four system had XP Home installed on them is not a known problem, but if when you receive the XP Pro CDs you can rectify that part of it.

I also just verified that I was sent a disk labeled as XP professional edition which is actually XP Home Edition (volume labeled as WXPSP2HOME).  Contacted support and they advised would send out the correct software immediately.    Thanks for posting, I would never had found this out until I actually needed the disk!
