Windows XP Problem. Pleae help.

Ok guys when I click on my icon and type in my password in the Windows XP Home sign in page it says loading your personal settings under my icon and freezes like that until I hit ctrl-alt-delete. Then it jumps to my desktop. Then I get a error message (the picture below). I remember trying to do a search on nstask32.exe (sont ask me why; i forget). Is there anyway I can disable this error message, because this is what is making my loading screen freeze. I already used a "Spyware" software scan on my computer, and computer cleanup (defragment, disk cleanup etc).

Here is my computer information (see below)

-Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 1

-Dell Dimension DIM4550 Intel (R)

-Pentium 4 CPU 2.40GHz

-2.39GHz

512 MB of Ram

I hope you guys can help me out eh. Thanks.

Hi Alex.  It appears that you are the victim of the W32.Randex.E trojan as described here:
